Early impact

Does early child hood education best practices have an impact on the child's perception of early childhood education? From the brief research I have done on this project, there are many studies promoting the best practices that align with early childhood education and how they are to increase opportunity for children early on.  There are also several articles that examine why they are against "best prectices" because  they can not confirm that these practices do or do not create change.
