Freewrite

I believe in the good in society. With the gap growing exponentially between the poor and the wealthy, the middle class is struggling to reach a tipping point. Many would like to help, and many are already helping, but the needs in the lower half continue deepening, and we are far from what our society could consider as being out of a recession. I have watched many videos of touching moments where someone stops to help someone else, whether they look like they are homeless or on drugs, but it can be quite astonishing to see the amount of people that continue to walk past the issue, without blinking an eye. How many times, have each of us been capable of walking past the issue or person deeply in need of help, and never realizing it? How many of our friends and family fall into the 18-25 year old group, who fall the most starving and living in strife, and we never knew or found a reason to help? I recall hearing that statistic that college students are "poor" during their college years, but I had no idea, until recently, that that age group is the one struggling the most, with younger children being the second largest group. I want to make an impact, knowing that their are initiatives, but when can i look aback and say I know i have made a difference. I know I am not the only one that thinks like this, and once aligning my value with the people that are here to make a difference, I know that the good in society can thrive.

INFJ Personality Type

I have formerly taken this personality quiz, believing myself to be a ENFJ personality type. Upon retaking the test, I scored as an INFJ, which is making a little more sense.  I'm not sure if my original answers were not entirely true, and I answered more accurately this time, but I do feel a sense of connection to the INFJ type, because I never truly felt I was accurately an ENFJ.

I recently started working in a non profit organization, and have found that helping others has been the path I wanted to take in my career, for a long time coming. This is true for INFJ.

This also states that this personality trait can have difficulty expressing their most true thoughts because of the conflicts in personality, which I have found over time to be a frustrating aspect of my personality. Especially when I am soo close to many, who have their minds made up on everything. Or have an opinion and decision for everything.

I truly do feel a connection to being a "system builder." I am currently undergoing work processes to change systems and build some that did not exist to the organization before.

I have many comparisons that agree with this personality type, but none that contrast with it. I'm thankful I had to take this personality type again, because this was very interesting!
